Expat couple with 3 young children, bought their new home in Hong Kong for the first time.

Hoping to combine comfort and modern simplicity yet having to accommodate all the needs of the family. Storage and guest accommodation were major headache.

We demolish the bedroom wall and constructed a storage unit running nearly the whole length of the flat. A glass wall created a small guest room double as study, the transaparency kept the space open.

The kids had their own quarter at the back of the house, full height open shelves in vibrant colours to house all their toys and books. And they could keep to their own place leaving some space for the parents and their arts.

Everyone like their space and it was a pleasure working with a very loving family.
